Personalised care for lasting eye comfort
Our dry eye treatments combine expert care with advanced technology, delivering precise diagnosis and targeted solutions for lasting relief. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we assess the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalised treatment plan to restore comfort, improve tear quality, and support long-term eye health.

Dry Eye Initial Assessment
£85
Your initial dry eye assessment is carried out using the IDRA (Intelligent Dry Eye Analysis) system. This advanced diagnostic platform is used to provide a detailed evaluation of ocular surface health and the underlying causes of dry eye disease.
Your assessment involves a comprehensive, non-invasive examination that utilises sophisticated imaging and diagnostic technology to analyse the tear film, meibomian gland function, and overall ocular surface integrity with exceptional precision.
As part of your assessment, you will receive a comprehensive dry eye report detailing your findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format. This is accompanied by a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan carefully tailored to your individual results, symptoms, and lifestyle — ensuring a targeted and effective approach to improving your long-term eye comfort and visual quality.
Activa Heat Mask & Meibomian Gland Expression
£50 (per Activa Session)
£30 (per MGD Session)
The Activa Heat Mask is an advanced, clinician-approved thermal therapy designed to deliver controlled, therapeutic heat to the eyelids and periocular area. This treatment specifically targets the meibomian glands — the oil-producing glands responsible for maintaining tear film stability and preventing excessive tear evaporation.
Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) is one of the most common underlying causes of dry eye disease. When these glands become blocked or inflamed, the tear film becomes unstable, leading to symptoms such as dryness, irritation, fluctuating vision, and discomfort. Activa therapy works by gently warming the eyelids to soften and liquefy obstructed oils within the glands, helping to restore more normal gland function and improve tear film quality.
For some patients, additional in-clinic meibomian gland expression following Activa therapy can further enhance gland clearance and optimise treatment outcomes by ensuring softened gland contents are effectively expressed.
Your clinician will advise whether this combined approach would be beneficial based on your individual IDRA findings.

IPL Tearstim
£200 (Per session - 3 sessions minimum)

TearStim is an advanced, clinician-delivered, non-invasive therapy designed to address one of the most common underlying causes of dry eye disease. This innovative technology works by stimulating the body’s natural pathways for tear production, supporting improved tear volume and enhanced ocular surface comfort.
Aqueous deficiency is a key contributor to dry eye symptoms. When the lacrimal system does not produce sufficient tears, the tear film becomes compromised, leading to dryness, irritation, fluctuating vision, and ongoing discomfort. TearStim therapy works by gently activating neural pathways involved in tear secretion, encouraging the eyes to produce more of their own natural tears and helping to restore tear film balance.
Unlike artificial tears, which provide temporary surface lubrication, TearStim supports the body’s physiological tear production process. By targeting the underlying mechanism rather than masking symptoms, it offers a more comprehensive and sustained management approach.
The treatment is brief, well-tolerated, and requires no surgery, injections, or medications. Your clinician will determine whether TearStim is appropriate for you based on your individual clinical findings and dry eye profile.
Punctal Plugs
£190
Punctal plugs are a highly effective, minimally invasive treatment used to manage dry eye disease by improving tear retention on the ocular surface. These small, biocompatible devices are carefully inserted into the tear drainage ducts (puncta), reducing the outflow of tears and allowing the eye’s natural moisture to remain in place for longer.
This treatment is particularly beneficial for patients experiencing moderate to severe dry eye symptoms, or where artificial tears alone are not providing sufficient relief. By conserving the existing tear film, Punctal plugs help to enhance lubrication, reduce irritation, and support overall ocular surface health. The procedure itself is quick, comfortable, and carried out in-clinic without the need for surgery.
As part of your personalised dry eye management plan, Punctal plugs may be recommended following your detailed clinical assessment. Their use is carefully considered alongside our other targeted therapies to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to improving long-term comfort, stability of the tear film, and visual quality.

The Eye Doctor ZEST Procedure
£150
Zocular Eyelid System Treatment (ZEST) uses a purified extract of okra—an edible green seed pod—known for its natural antibacterial and anti-Demodex properties. Combined with a gentle, targeted cleansing technique, ZEST effectively clears debris and biofilm from the eyelid margins.
This treatment has also been shown to reduce levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), a key marker of inflammation in dry eye and blepharitis. Many patients find it helpful to think of ZEST as the ocular equivalent of a professional dental hygienist clean—working alongside your daily eyelid care routine to maintain long-term eyelid health, particularly in more advanced cases of blepharitis.
